Cena has a title match tonight. I hope taker interferes saying he doesn't deserve no 17. and his last reign was worthless. Cena vs taker at mania in a future title shot (if he loses he can never go for 17)/ retirement match.

I agree Bessex just wishful thinking on my part, really don't want to see roman vs taker, don't want to see Brock vs Goldberg (especially for the title) Owens vs Jericho and the intercontinental match are the only saving grace!

For Mania if the reigns vs taker feud continues how about if they turned it into a tag match?
Taker and Balor vs reigns and another. would take the burden or taker, we would get both their entrances. And Balor puts on an impressive display winning the match for him and taker. After the match taker holds up Balors hand in victory and leaves leaving his hat in the ring (passing of the torch/ retirement) there isn't many bigger endorsements then from the undertaker!
Very rough idea as I have no idea who would team with reigns but would significantly take the burden of taker.

Fantasy booking:
We are expecting Wyatt to win at elimination chamber, but what if Wyatt pulls rank and says that as leader the opportunity is his.
They end up duking it out for the opportunity at EC, with Harper running interference (becomes Wyats muscle again) and giving Wyatt the win. That way Cena can keep it to mania and lose to Wyatt. With Orton/ Harper dropping into the ic/ feud. Also gives Wyatt his big moment rather than going in as champ.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was some type of swerve coming involving the title and/ or Orton's Mania title shot.
SD only has tonight and next week before EC. So we should find out at least who is going to be in the EC match (es? ) tonight, If not more.

Cena will be leaving for a while after Mania and I suspect it will be Cena against Taker. No title is required for this and I reckon Wyatt will beat Cena at EC, setting up Orton/ Wyatt at Mania.

Cena vs Taker for the title is the match, I still can't get my head around Randy winning the Rumble.
You want a heel contender there are so many more that could get the rub that Orton doesn't need.

How the rumble unfolds: reigns loses to Owens, and as he thinks he has a god given right to have the championship he speaks to Vince and convinces to put it him in 1st he then eliminates the other 29 competitors as they enter the ring. One after the other beating sanctinos record. Vince is so impressed he struts down to ring and says'Roman you are better then them all you are now the universal champion' Owens comes out to argue his point but Vince fires him on the spot. Rumble ends with Vince admitting that roman his is long lost love child.

I'm not as worried about Reigns being King of the buzzkills like he was last year. Even if he's in the Universal title match and/ or facing Taker, he's not going to be in the true main event. My guess is still that he ends up facing Joe, but whatever it is. It won't be anywhere near as bad as last year.

Would be a great way to put Joe over straight off the bat.
I am still not 100% on why the WWE continues to use RR so high up, at some point they'll have to concede he is not likeable enough to be a top face.

Bessex I don't think Joe facing reigns is a good idea, if he was to beat reigns the crowd would love it. Vince's wwe couldn't possibly have a heel getting cheered!

Reigns gets too much of a reaction to be dropped down that much on the card, but they have to realise that he won't ever be accepted or even tolerated as the top face. With Cena beginning to spend more and more time in Hollywood, they're going to have to go in a different direction to find the top face or faces, sooner rather than later. Hopefully that starts at the Rumble. If it doesn't, there should still at least be something in the works for Mania to give fans hope.
Plus If they thought they had problems last year with fans booing Reigns, it's going to be worse with the entitled Full Sail smarks leading the charge at this one. Not to mention the state of Florida's seemingly endless ability to continuously set a new bar for crazy.

I only ever read what happens in RAW now as I can't even be bothered watching it at the minute so my opinion may be slighlty askew. but what's with them sticking three single competitors over the New day, tag teams are meant to be cohesive and should always have the edge over teams chucked together.
As I said as I don't watch it maybe it was done in a way that didn't effect the new day, but it just seemed like dodgy RAW booking again.

Yeah I am pretty much the same as you. At three hours long and with so much filler its hard to watch anymore. That said New day are so over right now and some of the greatest tag teams ever created have been two guys 'thrown together' because creative didn't have anything for them as singles:
Beer Money, New Age Outlaws, APA.
Interesting fact: Almost all the first teams to hold the first tag team titles in WWF from 1971-79 were bundled together singles guys including the first ever champs : Luke Graham and Tarzan Tyler.

It does look shocking and with the talent it could easily have a few tweaks. I'm basing this on as if events didn't occur as they did at fastlane. (It deserves to be wiped from memory anyway)

Bessex how about that that's the storyline they go with but shane `is unable to compete` so get's nakamura in his place? Shane can then still be in the match and gives styles a proper opponent?
