Who's everyone's top 3 heels in wrestling? Past or present, not restricted to just wwe

In the good old days of World of Sport you had the likes of Haystacks and Cyanide Sid Cooper, but the best by miles were Mick McManus and Jackie Pallo. I remember an old lady actually stabbed Cooper in the kidney with a knitting needle she hated him so much.
In the Golden Age you had more comical heels like Piper, Savage, Dibiase etc while in the modern era it seems nearly everyone except Cena has had a go at being a heel.
My top 3 are McManus, Rick Rude and The Miz. I love the Miz. He is a proper heel that people actually hate, not a comedy act.

This is a tricky one but for me my top 3 would be.
heel hhh
the miz
jericho.

3.) 19 Feb 2017 12:39:46
Past heels: The Rock, HHH, Mr McMahon, Y2J, Edge, Orton (when he's being proper evil Orton)

Current Heels: The Miz, Charlotte.

4.) 19 Feb 2017 14:27:15
Edge is a great shout. How did I forget Edge?

5.) 19 Feb 2017 17:03:31
All time: Ric Flair, William Regal, and Jerry Lawler. Honorable Mention: Harley Race and HHH.
For me Flair is the GoaT Heel, and no one else is anywhere close. Regal and Lawler were both Jack of all trades Heels that I loved almost everything they did. I didn't get to see enough of Race to put him in my top 3, and HHH spent too much time as a face or tweener.

Current: The Miz, Elias Sampson, and Brian Kendrick. Honorable Mention: Drew Gulak.
I don't think a lot of guys do enough or get the reactions, to truly be categorized as a Heel. I consider guys like KO, Jericho, Wyatt, Joe, Corbin, etc., to be Tweeners. Same goes with Faces for me as well.

6.) 19 Feb 2017 20:26:48
I know Flair is always rated as the top heel, but he has never really done it for me. I know this is wrestling heresy but there was always something too dramatic or even comic about Flair.
I agree completely with Jables about KO etc. Heels and faces for 10 year olds and people still like them. Which is why the Miz stands out. Corbin has a chance to be a great heel as well.

7.) 19 Feb 2017 21:02:57
Miz is a great shout man a don't think anyone is as universaly hated or ever has been.

8.) 19 Feb 2017 21:45:58
Heels I genuinely didn't like at the time the rock (nation of domination) Owen heart. Steve Austin.

9.) 20 Feb 2017 08:25:56
vikki guerero,
Owen hart
The Miz.

all people everytone loved to hate!

10.) 20 Feb 2017 09:58:17
I hated Sgt Slaughter when he threw that fireball at Hogan when I was a kid, and have since leaned to respect that heel work. Turning on the USA to sympathise with a middle eastern tyrant who is sending troops home in body bags. What an angle.

Edge's heel work when he embraced the hate he was getting with Lita was amazing, the heavy petting and stuff.

I do love the Miz, he generates proper heat, and nobody wants to see him win.

One that seems to e going begging is Vicki Gurrero, nobody got boo's like she did when the "EXCUSE ME" interrupted something good.

11.) 20 Feb 2017 11:05:30
Yeah Vicky got nuclear heat, I think it was partly X Pac "Go Away" heat but she still got a huge reaction and shoukd get credit for her heel work.

Steph has being a heel down to a tee. If she put the faces over eventually she would be a great heel. That's what let's her down is never getting her comeuppance.

12.) 20 Feb 2017 12:32:18
Don't forget Eva Marie gets nmajor heat.

13.) 20 Feb 2017 16:10:33
Hollywood Rock was the perfect heel - possibly his best ever work.

Mr Perfect, his original run and smashing the championship belt was awesome.

Jake the Snake Roberts - the feuds against Macho Man, The Ultimate Warrior vignettes (though didn't lead to a feud) and the Undertaker - a 9 year old me believed every word he said.

Only dip in and out these days but none of the current roster get close to these in my book.

You really can't beat Vince at the end of the 90's though.

Just wondering, what's everyone's favourite ppv of all time? Or what's the best ever ppvs?

If I'm being sentimental my favourite would be the wrestlemania where seth cashed in as that was the first one I saw live. Had quality matches throughout. Also by being only a teenager it's quite limited. I did think the first takeover Brooklyn was quality and the one before wrestlemania 32. Like I said it's very limited lol.

2.) 20 Feb 2017 08:48:59
Has to be Wrestlemania X-Seven. Rock Vs Austin, HHH VS Taker, Vince Vs Shane Tag Team TLC, Angle Vs Benoit just to name a few great mat.

3.) 20 Feb 2017 10:01:57
It would be hard to pick anything other than a Wrestlemania

12 and 13 are big favourites.

4.) 20 Feb 2017 12:10:15
summerslam 92, I was 2 years old and the crowd going off for the british bulldog started my love affair with wrestling!

5.) 20 Feb 2017 16:15:35
For me it depends on if you look at it in hindsight or not.

Wrestlemania 8 was the most I marked out at. Undertaker, Macho Man, Warriors return.

Then you watch it back and realise the actual matches were pretty awful.

Survivor Series Deadly Games live was a damp good watch too.

6.) 21 Feb 2017 12:53:29
summerslam 1990 has been my favourite PPV for a long time. I think though in recent years mania 31 was just great.
