The rules change everyday since when is it whoever has the belt las wins? Surely should of had it as a draw

I think that's always been the case if two guys pull it down the last ones with hands on it wins.
I just think its another chance to have a tainted victory in their feud.
They'll be at each other for years so anything that just ticks it over in a non decisive win will be good in the long term.

What about at reigns wins mitb and then Ambrose beats rollins n then reigns cashes in on Ambrose and that can be authorities plan b and reigns joins them?

It is rumored that Reigns will not only win MitB but could end up cashing in that night. There is also a rumor that it could be Seth Rollins vs HHH and the main event would be Reigns vs Brock Lesnar for the title.
If they are going to put the title on Reigns at MitB. having him be the Authority's "plan b" after Ambrose wins the title, is the way to go. Plus doing it that way, there would be a chance it would lead to an alliance between Lesnar and Ambrose.

If Reigns does win MIB and then decides to cash it in the same night, it is more likely to be on Rollins and not Ambrose. Reigns comes down to save Ambrose from outside interference and just cannot resist the opportunity.This would lead to a Reigns/Lesnar match at Summerslam, Rollins/HHH as Rollins blames HHH for not letting the Authority help him retain the title and while Ambrose might begrudge Reigns for winning the title, the friendship would remain for a little longer, but with an edge to it.

If you could choose out of reigns n ambrose to turn heel n join the authority which would it be?
{Ed007's Note - I'd have to say Reigns and let Ambrose loose as a crazy assed thorn in the Authority's side.}
1.) Ye I agree because as a heel ambrose wouldn't be able to do some of stuff he does now
{Ed007's Note - I'm really liking what Ambrose is doing just now, I just hope it's going to continue.}
2.) Ye he certainly brings more excitement
3.) Just think what a shock Ambrose turning heel would be though. Nobody would see it coming. He could still remain a looney and it would also allow Reign's character as a lone wolf to increase.
4.) Since the person has to join the Authority, I'll go with Reigns. A "heel" turn for Ambrose could be good, just not with the Authority.(Also, Vince can't have any thing to do with it.)
{Ed008's Note - I'd go with Ambrose I think his best work in WWE has come as a Heel and maybe a feud with Reigns will do him good.
5.) I think RR is better as a bad ass, I don't like seeing him smile, so a heel turn could be ideal.
Ambrose would excel no matter what they do with him.
I think Ambrose being HHH mad mate would be funny. Shades of Mick trying to cheer up Vince perhaps?
